🌿 Sales & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting A Traveler of Worlds and being part of the Imovara universe. A place where creativity, healing, and connection come unite. Every item is crafted and packed with care, and I want your experience to feel as special as the meaning behind it.

  • All prices are displayed in your local currency and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

🌸 Shipping

Processing time:

  • Norway: Ships within 1–2 business days

  • International: Ships within 1–3 business days

Estimated delivery time:

  • Norway: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–14 business days

  • International: 5–20 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order begins its journey to you.

🌍 Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any local taxes, customs fees, or import duties that may apply when receiving goods in their country. These are not included in the purchase price.

💫 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during international shipping, except in cases of our own negligence. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

🌿 Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For Norway:

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason (“angrerett”).

To exercise this right, please email shop@atravelerofworlds.com within the 14-day period. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Refunds, including standard shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received.

For international customers:

Returns are accepted upon request in cases of damaged or incorrect items. International buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly. Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.
